Lo mejor del año: descubre los ganadores de The Game Awards 2017

Este jueves (madrugada del viernes en España) se han entregado los Óscar de los videojuegos, The Game Awards 2017, en el Microsoft Theater de Los Ángeles. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild se ha llevado el prestigioso galardón de mejor juego del año, tomando el relevo de Overwatch, que ganó en 2016. El título de Nintendo se ha impuesto en la categoría GOTY a cuatro competidores de peso como Super Mario Odyssey, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Horizon Zero Dawn y Persona 5. 

Pero la noche no fue cosa solo de Zelda, otros títulos como Cuphead y Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice tuvieron gran protagonismo con tres premios cada uno. Una demostración de que los juegos independientes tienen mucho que decir.

De las nominaciones se encargó un jurado conformado por 51 medios e influencers de todo el mundo, seleccionados por su bagaje analizando juegos. Para las tres categorías de esports se creó un jurado aparte, compuesto por medios especializados en este sector. En la elección final de los ganadores, no obstante, entró también en juego el público, que durante estos días ha podido votar a sus favoritos a través de la página oficial de The Game Awards.
